Dr. May is a game changer. He quickly corrected issues that three chiropractors missed entirely, and was the first one to actually assign me exercises. I love the approach he has and how he TEACHES his clients about their diagnosis and corresponding treatment. He's the first doctor I've ever met who understands and discusses the muscular component of total body chiropractic care. I've referred numerous people who have also had life changing experiences with him. I'd trust him to treat anyone I know.

Dr. Martinez is amazing and has been helping me for over a decade now. He cares about his patients and builds a relationship with each of us. I’ve recently been going for the new fantastic heat therapy equipment to help break up old scar tissue in my foot. It’s been wonderful to walk around with no pain! I typically walk 5-10 miles a day. Thank you Dr. Martinez for giving me pain free days again. You will not be disappointed with Integrated Spinal Solutions and their awesome staff.

I saw Dr. Trevor May regarding back and hip pain and he was awesome. Very thorough with his exam and treatment and explained what triggered my back pain and how I could prevent it moving forward. Great experience, highly recommend!

I saw Dr Downing. I was in a lot of pain. He had a good bedside manner. Helped me understand the source and cause of my pain. Was thorough in explaining what he was going to do and what I could expect afterwards. Gave me minor adjustment that significantly improved my symptoms. I woke up stuff the next morning, but because of the time he took helping me understand the issue I was prepared. I did the stretches and ice that he recommend. Much improved. Overall I feel much better than I did when I went in.

I have been seeing Dr. May for a little over 6 months now at it is always a great experience. He is honest and not out to make a quick buck and see as many patients as possible. He really spends time with his clients and is genuinely trying to help. I also recommended my dad to come see him as my dad has had 4 back surgeries and could find a chiropractor that would actually adjust him. Dr. May saw him immediately and his ailments were no challenge. My dad is raving about his experience and how much better he feels.

Once in constant misery, I started seeing Dr. May 2.5 years ago (1-2x/mo) for a disc herniation in my lumbar spine, and I have remained pain-free ever since. The staff is always awesome and accommodating, appointments are on-time, and treatments, no matter what the ailment, are always effective. Highly recommend!

I am being treated by Dr. Matt Marsala, DC for shoulder pain. Dr. Matt is offering treatment options for my arthritic shoulders, which is a condition that has limited fixes. I prefer Dr. Matt because he is willing to discuss the causes of your condition as well as discuss all the treatments that might be effective, whether he can offer them or not.

I also have periodic neck pain from sleeping on my stomach and Dr. Matt can get my frame back into place with adjustments as well as offering "take home" exercises. There is a lot going on in this office and I am glad to be a part of it.

I have been living with back pain since I was 12, even having surgery at 35. I came to Dr Marsala with a bulging disc 2 years ago hardly able to walk. After multiple treatments I actually feel better than before the surgery. And it's great that everything is in the same building, not just the adjustments. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Marsala. Plus he's happy to coordinate with any other practitioner, including personal trainers, massage therapists, etc.

I highly recommend using Integrated Spinal Solutions. I have been going to Dr. Martinez for several years and he has taken care of my back pain. I recently got a bad ankle sprain. After hobbling around for three months I asked Dr. Matinez to look at. After several treatments, I'm almost pain-free. Hiked 5 miles last week and my ankle was fine. The office is clean and has a quiet calm environment. The staff is friendly and take good care of your needs.

This was my first time going to a Chiropractor ever. Dr. Trevor May is amazing! I am so blessed and thankful to have walked in this office today. I've suffered from hip/lower back pain for over 8 years, I've had migraines and tension headaches my entire life. I was given many diagnoses with no solution for my issues other than multiple medications that left my quality of life worse. After the first visit, my migraine was gone. After several, I can do so much more with my life! I got back into good yoga, moving better, feeling free! If you're questioning it, just try! There are so many options here and the staff is amazing and so helpful!

I had been experiencing extreme back pain and could barely walk. My husband suggested I go to Integrated Spinal Solutions to see if they could help. Dr. Marsala was very knowledgeable and gave me an answer that I had never heard before from any other doctor or chiropractor. He adjusted me and said it could take 6 - 12 his until I really felt relief, (Even though I could tell the difference almost immediately). I woke up this morning and there was a HUGE difference in how my back felt. I have so much more movement and the pain is drastically lower. Thank you so much Dr. Marsala! I feel so much better!

I have been seeing Dr. Martinez since 2005 and I refer all of my friends to him. I have a lot of coworkers with back problems and I am constantly referring them to Dr. Martinez. He is great with all joints as he has worked on my knee, my wrist, my back, my neck and even my feet. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

I've been having lower back problems for around six years now and can't say enough good things about Integrated Spinal Solutions. I now go monthly on a maintenance program and can drop in whenever I get a little tweaked. I spend around 20 minutes on a mechanical traction machine and then get adjusted. Been truly life changing for me.

Dr. May changed my life! If you've had chronic back pain you owe it to yourself to come see him for a month. It will take longer than one or two adjustments to see the difference but once you do you will be amazed!

Dr. May is a life saver. I've had neck pain and chronic headaches on and off for about 5 years. Injections, physical therapy, meds, chiro. You name it, I've done it all. I recognize that every once and awhile I just need a good adjustment. But it's hard to find a chiropractor that's willing to adjust you without putting you on some 6 week plan, 2x a week, and then you finish feeling like you can't survive a week without an adjustment. That is NOT the case here.

I was referred by someone who assured me Dr. May wouldn't do that so I decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did! Dr. May listened to my background and chief complaints and offered up some suggestions. We discussed a treatment plan that targeted one area at a time so we could try and pin point the area that was causing the pain/discomfort/headaches. After the first adjustment I felt significant relief. After the second one I felt like a new person. I have two more adjustments to go and then we'll discuss next steps. I feel confident in his approach.

The office is modern, clean, and the staff is friendly. I look forward to having Dr. May as my chiropractor in the years to come.

Dr May is hands down the best Chiropractor in Reno and the practice in which he works! He is more than just a back cracking Doc, he's a tissue healing miracle worker! I have been seeing him for 2 year now and he has put me back together on several occasions from lower back issues to tennis elbow and a number of sprained body parts! All the Doctors at ISS are so friendly and helpful!

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I've been going to see Dr. May since week 14. I've had some sciatic pain, ankle swelling, lower back pain, mid back pain, neck pain from adjusting my sleeping positions - you name it. I literally count down the days until my next appointments.

Dr. May does such a great job of explaining what he's doing and making you feel calm so you can relax during the adjustments and I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks. I love that he actually assesses your mobility and takes time to listen to what is bothering you so he can give you the right adjustments vs. doing the same routine every time you go in. He has been so good with the pregnancy, always asks how I'm feeling, and always checked if I was comfortable laying on my back or stomach (early on). Now that I am bigger he has adjusted all of my movements so I don't have to lay flat but I get the same 5 star treatment every time. I started making appointments for my husband to see him too so I don't have to keep walking on his back or cracking his neck. I recommend Dr. May to every person who needs a chiro and I highly recommend him for prenatal adjustments as well.

Appointments are always easy to make and I have never once waited more than 5-10 minutes. Most of the time he takes me in early. Tuesdays and Thursdays he typically stays late until 5:30 or so, so it makes it easy if you have a strict work schedule. The office staff is so sweet and helpful as well which can make such a difference! He isn't one of those money driven chiro's that just want you to come in often so they get paid. He truly cares about all of his patients and lets you decide when you want to come back. I started at 4 weeks and was feeling good by then so I pushed it back to 5, but now that my baby is getting bigger I'm going in closer to every 3 weeks. I just love that it's totally up to me and he doesn't try to push me to come in more often than I want.

If you've been searching for the best chiropractor in town look no further! Dr.May has exceeded my expectations. I've seen several chiropractors that have all ended up doing the same thing with no results. When I came to Dr.May I had given up all hope because of my history with other doctors. Dr. May took his time to really understand my concerns and history. After a few visits I could already see the difference. He has helped me and still does, also helps my husband and daughter. It's awesome to be under the care of someone who really strives to help and be completely honest. I appreciate all that he has done for us. I 100% recommend Dr.May!
